Any rated or probationary women’s lacrosse umpire who resides in Central Texas, pays dues to the CTWLOO, and is a member in good standing of USA Lacrosse, is considered a member of CTWLOO.

Annual Dues

CTWLOO uses its membership dues to cover operating expenses not directly related to games including providing equipment to new officials, software licenses for accounting and game assignments, as well as creating a fund to help members cover travel expenses if they choose participate in out-of-state events.

CTWLOO Membership Dues should be paid annually before the start of the spring season via Venmo @CTWLOO,, in person via check made out to CTWLOO, or request amount be deducted from your paycheck.

*If you are also a coach or player and already a USA Lacrosse member in good standing with that designation you do not need to pay again. But we do ask you to update your Involvement Type to include Official and your Program Affiliation to include Central Texas Women’s Lacrosse Officials Organization.

2022 Pay Rates


Pre Season Scrimmages: $1/min/official (incl. half time)
(3 or fewer consecutive or concurrent non-regular season games at same location)

Pre Season Tournaments: $1/min/official (incl. half time) minus $5 retained by CTWLOO
(4+ consecutive or concurrent non-regular season games at same location)

Travel Pay: $45/official per game
All officials are assigned a home area of either Austin or San Antonio/New Braunfels. Travel Pay will be paid to an Austin official assigned a game in San Antonio/New Braunfels, and paid to a San Antonio/New Braunfels official assigned a game in Austin.
