How & When Do I Get Paid?

High School Games

Paid directly by the team to the official through ArbiterPay or Invoice.

During the 2024 Season, 19 of the 22 CTGHSLL member programs intend to pay officials through ArbiterPay. Antonian, St. Mary's Hall and Smithson Valley require officials to submit an invoice.

Payment is due to the official by the end of the month in which the game occurred. For late payments that are not received by the end of the month or within 20 days of the game date, officials are entitled to an additional $15 late fee. If you have not been paid for a game, please notify the Treasurer at treasurer@ctwloo.org immediately.

INVOICING: Officials need to complete the CTWLOO invoice and W9 before Antonian, St. Mary's Hall and Smithson Valley home games. Officals should bring a physical CTWLOO invoice and W9 with them to the game to hand to the home team's coaches or GDA before the game starts, and email a copy of the CTWLOO invoice and W9 to the home team's contacts. The CTWLOO Treasurer, Rachel Gozhansky, will try to email reminders to officials scheduled to work home games for these 3 teams 1-2 days before the game.

Canyon will issue payments through ArbiterPay, but the team requests officials complete and bring a printed invoice with them to Canyon home games to submit to the coach. The invoice is used to verify the name and identity of the officials who worked the game.

Youth Games

Paid by CTWLOO to the official via ArbiterPay by the 10th of the month after the month in which the game occurred.
